	Geo-ecologist, specialized on vegetation science, landscape ecology; travel journalist. Research activities: Capercaillie habitats, River dynamics Outdoor activities: Experienced bike traveler in over 20 European countries, two extreme bike tours in Greenland. Specialist for logistics, orgainzation, and food supplies for expeditions in extreme coldness; among them scientific expeditions to Siberia in winter. Production of dehydrated expedition food (fruit, vegetable, meat, pemmican, muesli, energy bars, etc.) Road bicycle racing, especially long distance races (Trondheim-Oslo, Paris-Brest-Paris). Other interests are gardening (including bee hives and chicken), and cooking

	Biologist, working in plant science. Other interests: Carnivorous plants Outdoor activities: Experiences in extreme mountainbike tours in Patagonia, Mongolia and Gobi Desert, Tenerife Island, Namibia, the Australian desert, Kamchatka, Slovenia and Tibet. Occasional participation in long distance road bicycle races (Trondheim-Oslo, Paris-Brest-Paris, Bayern 1200) and mountainbike marathon races. Other interests are mountaineering and trekking, rock climbing, watching the chicken in Andy's garden and eating his delicious food other bike tours
